Optical Startup (OP) is an optical outlet franschise startup. In order to grow and run like an optical chain, they need one integrated solutions that could links all their outlets together and at the same time offer flexible configuration. Flexibility is the key since all the outlets are actually owned by different owners and have different ownership rights.
OP needs a solution that could automate their stocks and sales processes. Things got more complicated when they need to supply their stocks to their outlets as consignments. They also need to monitor their sales and collection of each of their outlets.
Result and Conclusion
OP implemented Xilnex and fully runs on Xilnex in a month time. OP utilized Xilnex's consignment features where HQ will automatically bill outlets whenever the outlets made a sales. Different level of permission is also implemented where outlet's staffs can only access certain information from the HQ.
Apart from that, OP also utilizes Xilnex Digital Vision Chart for eye check which could fully replace tradisional projector chart. Moreover, it is more portable and enables them to run roadshows easily. The digital vision chart comes with all majors chart type and also video test for testing patient's comfortableness.
The integrated solution that Xilnex supply enabled OP to focus only on their products and business. OP will be expanding as one of the fastest growing optical franshise in the market.
